Terms of Service
1. Preamble & Consent to Terms
1.1. These Terms of Service ("Agreement", "ToS") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Coinso Platform ("Service", "We", "Us") and any physical or legal person accessing the Platform ("User", "Merchant", "You").
1.2. Accessing the site, registering an account, calling an API, or using a payment link implies that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1.3. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using all Coinso services.
2. Definitions
Account — the User's account on the Platform, providing access to the Service's features.
API — the application programming interface for automating cryptocurrency transactions.
Invoice — a payment bill generated by the Platform with a unique address and expiration time.
Merchant — a User utilizing the Platform to accept payments from their customers.
Withdrawal — transferring cryptocurrency from the User's balance on the Platform to an external wallet.
3. Eligibility & Jurisdictional Sanctions
3.1. The Platform is available only to persons of legal age (18 or older) with full legal capacity.
3.2. Use of the Platform is strictly prohibited to residents or citizens of countries under comprehensive UN, FATF, OFAC, EU, or UK sanctions. We reserve the right to restrict access to any jurisdiction at our sole discretion.
3.3. You are solely responsible for complying with the local laws of your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency holdings, taxation, and business compliance.
4. Account Security
4.1. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. All actions performed through your Account are deemed to be your actions.
4.2. Transferring your Account, or purchasing/renting an account from third parties, is strictly prohibited and will lead to permanent termination.
5. Services & "As-Is" Disclaimer
5.1. Coinso provides software tools for automating cryptocurrency receipt, ledger accounting, and withdrawal. Coinso is not a bank, licensed broker-dealer, or financial intermediary.
5.2. All services are provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis, without warranties of any kind, including continuity of operation or freedom from cyber-attacks, glitches, or data loss.
6. Technical Nature of Blockchain Transactions
6.1. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once confirmed, transactions cannot be reversed or modified by the Platform.
6.2. The Platform is not responsible for transactions sent to incorrect addresses, wrong networks (e.g. USDT sent to a BTC address), or unsupported tokens. Such assets are permanently lost.
7. Fees and Commission Structure
7.1. Coinso charges commission fees for processing transactions in accordance with our Tariffs page. We reserve the single-sided right to update our Tariffs at any time.
7.2. Conversion rates are calculated using our internal currency exchange algorithms and may include a spread over standard spot market rates.
8. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & KYC Policies
8.1. We comply with global AML/KYC standards. We reserve the right to demand verification documents (ID, proof of business registration) at any time.
8.2. Funds coming from high-risk sources (tumblers, darknet markets, sanctioned entities) will be flagged and frozen until comprehensive audit clearance is obtained.
9. Governing Law
9.1. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction of the Platform's operations, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
